Title: 328I Top Speed?

Doug, what is top end on your BMW? I had the older 1985 325 5 speed. I think it was an IE. I never could get that thing over 127mph. I stood on it for about 30 miles one day. Didn't get to 128 but never felt the lag of hitting a speed limiter either.

Don't be ashamed if you don't know your top speed. We had my wife's car about three years before I found top speed on it.

BMW R1200GS motorcycle.  128 mph tops.  It's gear-limited  ;D
