The car also has an RRS coil over conversion in the front, but retains the stock manual steering (no power rack). Was wondering what most are using for oil pans, I would imagine something like the Canton 850 deep front sump would work? How much clearance is there, pretty tight or no issues? I'm assembling an engine and am 200 miles away from the chassis, it is a new build and never been "dummied" up yet, and no oil pan yet. Can you still use the bolt in lower cross member bar that goes under the engine?

Milodon on mine, hope if fits not in car yet. car is not ready for engine. tried to post pic of engine, but i guess the file is too big. I am using freakride front coil over suspension

I made my own with a longer sump that is a little deeper than stock. I think it's over 8". Lots of clearance at the back of the sump to the tie rod and crossmember but my old 10" deep pan got crunched. Pan should not hang lower than the headers but you still should take advantage of all the depth you can fit.
