Title: Cam Thrust Plate Orientation?

Can someone please confirm the cam thrust plate is installed with the groove facing forward, ie. sprocket side.

As far as I recall I don’t think you can put it on backwards......it will only orient properly one way.

Thanks Gregb. I checked, you are correct. What I didn't notice was that not only are the holes offset sideways but they are not 'centred' on the cam bore. Thus it will only go one way. Should have tried it in the first place! Cheers.
