Title: C6 servo heat shield

Did Ford make such a part?Looked for sometime.The web in contaminated with vette stuff.

I doubt they did but yes searching for anything C4 or C6 requires wading through a bunch of GM BS. 
I am sure the BMW folks thank Ford guys for not being such simpletons and Mustangs aren't called M3, M5, etc.

Have never seen a C6 trans with a heat shield over the servo.

Be easy enough to make a shield out of .030 or .040 aluminum sheet.

Steve did just that a couple days ago. Insulated with header wrap.

     LOL....Yes,it does have that look.It is certified N95 tho.

    Funny you mention that.The shield is bolted to a pan that was cast at Brom manufacturing in Fridley Mn. and packaged/sold at MAS.I believe all the molds sold to TCI many years ago. 
   I'm also visualizing a large black wallet chained to my transmission with Falcon67's comment.
