Title: Hele Coil in exhaust ear- Will it hold up?

Hello, just wondering if anyone has put a Heli Coil to repair a exhaust ear (top hole)? Did it hold up? Should there be a special one to take the heat? Thanks

A helicoil there will be just fine.
