Title: Tunnel Wedge bottom cover gasket
Post by: My427stang on February 13, 2020, 08:27:39 AM
Anyone know if someone is making the bottom cover gasket for a Ford TW?  or if BBM or Dove is available and the same?

Got some time, but would rather not make one if someone else does :)

Ross, not comfortable with RTV of your liking there?
Don’t like the look?

Silly-cone.  It's what I use on the Ford and BBM plates.  The BBM is actually o-ringed, but I generally don't use it.

I am generally anti-RTV as much as I can be.  Especially with a tin plate against a machined surface.

Have you considered an anaerobic gasket sealer/maker?
