Interesting. I knew there was a "factory" built V10 Mustang but assumed it was the 6.8 two valve engine. That would be some real one off pieces in that thing, like the block, crank and heads.

There was a documentary on Netflix called" A Faster Horse" a few years ago about the development of the new S550 Mustangs. They were interviewing one of the engineers in some offices and there were a bunch of prototype intake manifolds on the file cabinets behind him. I'm sure there are a bunch of cool parts that get developed but never put into production, especially now that 3D printing is some much more advanced.
