Nobody has mentioned it, so I thought I'd post the websites for it.

Seems it's going to be a 3 day event this year, with another TnT added on Thursday. Fridays TnT event will be shortened to only 3 hours, due to a "Gamblers Race", whatever that is. Early arrivals are also no longer free, there's a $30 fee for "Early bird arrival", even though it says camping is "free". So does that mean if I drop off my trailer the day before, which is what I've always done in the past, that it'll cost me $30? Can't say I like that ::)

"due to a "Gamblers Race", whatever that is"....Separate eliminator race you pay into for a cash win.

I really wish they had pushed it off a month to alleviate weather concerns, but I'm happy to hear that it is going to be three days this year. I plan to be there most of the day on Thursday, and all day Friday and Saturday.

Changing the date would be like having Cinco de Mayo on the fourth of July

Mike the track owner is charging a $30 Early Bird fee for those wishing to arrive a day earlier and pick out their primo pit spot. Since insurance is by event and days Mike needs to pay insurance for Wednesday. If you want totally free camping and don't have a preference on pit spots, arrive on Thursday. The Gambler race is a buy in race. True drag racers are familiar with this. Me, I've heard of them in the past. Mike wanted to offer it to you guys for more to do.
The weather is a concern as of late. Checking Accu Weather since 1937 2/3rds of the last weekend in April were dry weekends. NHRA at Indy, Labor Day Weekend has had rain on 37% of their weekends. They don't seem to be changing the date :-)
Should be a good year. $1000 for Pro FE winner. Free food and beer at our annual Beer & Brats event on Friday after all racing activities.

Last year would have been pretty nice , except for the 50 mph wind !!! Hopefully a much nicer weather pattern for this April.

Beaver Bob a Ford legend? That's funny. I never saw his '63 427 Gal at any of them and I only missed the first one.
-
It was there in 2017/2018 not sure which one but it was there at one of them. I didn’t get a chance to see it up close.
-
Bob has had his car there several times.
It was his track and he helped start the event, promoted it and brought in several of his old Ford racing contacts - that qualifies as "legend" status for me.
I ran my car into that 50 mph headwind. Couple years weather looked sketchy on the drive into PA, but we've always completed the full race - something I cannot say about many other events later in the year.

Agree on weather. Yes, the event always has gotten finished on Saturday. Any other day was a washout for the most part every year. Adding another day is just another day to sit it the cold because you can't get heat into a track when it's 35* out.
Will I still show up. Likely. Will I like the weather. Likely not.
As for Bob's car. If you watch some of the videos posted, you'll see his black '63 sitting behind the grandstands.

The dates are 4-27 and 4-28 but if they were made 3-90 then March 90th would be the first weekend in June.

Doug, as long as I'm there, I'll save you a spot by me so you don't have to pay the $30 for Wed drop off.
