Very clean and that is awesome taking that beauty for those sanctioned rips. What is the color? I can tell it is blue but the one pic hints at a little green in it.

Nice work,

JB

Based on the year, I'd say it's Aqua Marine Blue? That was the color of my 65 1/2 Mustang.

My uncle had a 66 390 GTA and they used it to tow the GTO to the track. If something happened to the GTO they raced the fairlane. Just the way they drove it to the track leaving it in drive and just letting it go they say it ran a pretty consistant 14.07 they dont remember the MPH.

Knocking on a 12.-- something pass. Pretty impressive given those manifolds. Looks like some nice cool October air, too. That always helps. A little more tweaking and it will be in the twelves for sure. Those repop tires start hooking better the more you beat the crap out of them.

Thanks Guys!  The color is 1966 Sapphire Blue, it was a Thunderbird only color but available on any Ford with a DSO order, it's also the same color as the '66 GT350.
