Title: Comment on how you think my engine is running- vacuum seems low (youtube mpg)

My idle seems to fluctuate a little and vac seems low.  What do you think?

Sounds like you need a little tuning.  Maybe set the timing at 14-16 and then see we’re you idle is. It sounds like it’s searching. Adjust the idle mixture screws evenly and your idle will probably go up even more. Set it to were you want it let’s say 900 in general. Then after you have everything approximate then if it’s not good you could look for a leak but it seems like the vacuum is going down while the idle goes low. Start from there

I think you will get a better response if you provide all the details about your engine, and then ask a more specific question.

Agreed need more info, but if the engine is warm, sounds to me like

1 - idle too low, idle a/f adjusted incorrectly
2 - timing is set incorrectly, and go back to #1
