It's a nut cracker. Mainly for pecans.
-
It's a toy extractor....for overactive gals..... LOL!
-
My guess would be for checking lifters.

Some kind of a spark plug tool? Tell us, Howie...

It's a 4-star Bitch to get "pecan halves" even with the machine, ( they use to call them "Nut Rockets" ) inside the cups there are tiny X'd blades that encourge the nut to cleanly break. Hard to get just enough force to "pop" the shell w/o crunching the whole dang pecan.
My feeling is the pecans better be free because even at minimum wage it's cheaper to buy them then the time it takes.

Hmmm, I should dig out a few other odd tools I have and a couple I've made.
