i was wondering if there is an issue with using harlond sharp roller rockers on sealed power non roller rocker shafts, ill be using pop spacers, stands, and end supports. here is the cam from lunati. they said it would be a 562/574 with 1.76 rockers

It should be fine. One thing with the HS rockers is that you might have to hone the bushings a bit to fit well on some rocker shafts. You could just lightly run a brake hone though them if needed.

The only issue is the shaft outside diameter and the rocker inside diameter.
The rocker has to fit on the shaft and rock without to much rattle. lol
Over the years I've seen many different shaft sizes. Even in different factory service manuals.
They all hover around the 0.840 to 0.843 diameter.
If you have the tools to measure than what do they say?
If you don't have the tools to measure than, if the rocker fits on the shaft and does not rattle to much
you should be fine. If they are tight then you may have to hone the rocker or use a shaft spec'ed by Harland Sharpe.

i have the tools to honed and mic it. i just wanted to know if i will have problem with stock shaft and roller rockers
