Has anyone talked about this movie yet? I will for sure be dragging my bride out to the theater to see this one when it is released.

I'm definitely going to see this movie as well as Ad Astra. I heard the Ford family was not happy with the movie. In one scene, Henry Ford II was taken for a ride in a GT-40 and it shows him crying in fear.......

I wonder who will play Bill Cosby?

The internet folk have been really negative about the whole movie.
Apparently people don’t like Damen, or this or that.
Who cares if it is 100% accurate or if Damen is a weenie?
Yes I saw a promo video.... yes I dry heaved when I saw a modern street avenger carb on an engine.... Yes I saw fuel injection parts on the webers... so what.
I will take my son and wife to see the movie anyway, perhaps it will shed just a shred of light on my passion/obsession/hobby/mental illness.

Exactly , lol

It looks freakin' terrible.... but, I'm still going to watch it.

Pausing on the dyno scene alone will get you a 30-second cringe. But yeah, I'm looking forward to it, too.

Will see it no matter what some say. ::) I'll draw my own conclusions after seeing it. ;)

I should have said...movie night here is 50% error-hunting fun anyway. It's why we enjoy them more after they go to video, as we don't have to worry about annoying other moviegoers.
I'm hopeful this movie will do a better job than I have of impressing upon my wife why a last-century battle between two car companies is relevant to the present day nonsense I do out in the shop. ;D

lol! My wife just knows that I spend 16 hours a day in the shop, I don’t need money for anything, and I build lotsa stuff.
Seriously tho, watching a Shelby movie with me would be far easier than watching any WW2 movie with my son.
