Any difference ??
Preferences ??

I usually use the short one but if the driveshaft is an inch short the long yoke works with no down sides that I can tell.

Thank you TomP :-)
Close to ordering parts for my 9" build

All my 9" builds use the short. Have a couple of longs in the box, haven't found a use yet. Short allows for same driveshaft in the Falcon and the 70 Mustang when switching from an 8" to a 9".

Thanks Chris :-)
Good to know, the ones I pulled from Slicks were all long with 1310/1 1/16" caps
3rd member I traded for has a 1330/ 1 1/8" caps, Dennys Driveshaft had a conversion u-joint
Also, I had to put the grease fitting towards the driveshaft
Installing towards the yoke would not allow room to be greased
