https://www.jegs.com/i/Edelbrock/350/60057/10002/-1
Online parts suppliers show they have the same cc ports as the CJ valve sized heads
Jegs: They feature 72cc combustion chambers, are not port matched or bowl blended
Are any ED heads port matched or bowl blended ??
I have read a few places online that differs about the ports CC
Can any shed some light on this for me ??
I am thinkin of sellin all my iron heads/valves/springs an such an goin aluminum

That Edelbrock part number is for heads intended for NHRA Stock & Super Stock drag cars, which are required to maintain the OE valve sizes, and have to be run "as cast", with no visable grinding. Most Edelbrock heads have some (very) minor "port matching", which is little more than a quick pass around the port openings.

Same casting as regular Ed's. Smaller seat ID on the 60057. The seats have a counter bore on the bottom of the seat that matches the bowl. No cnc tune up at the intake flange. Good heads if you want to start from scratch, and/or need smaller valves for a small bore engine. I do quite a few of these, and usually have castings on the shelf. I also have a few various programs for them, just FYI.

Thanks for the info guys !!
Blair, can you give me an estimate for a set with CJ valves ??
Do you use owner supplied valves and such or prefer your own stuff ??
I have my own valves/springs and such
