Does anyone have a photo of what the bracket that attatches to the outside end of the front bumper (to the fender?) looks like? I have the to main brackets but for the life of me cannot find the end support bracket. This is for my fiberglass front bumper so I would like to have it to avoid flex at speed. I'm sure I can make them if I just had a picture. Any help would be appreciated. Nothing like having something apart for 12 year, moving and then trying to find all the parts to reassemble!!! Thanks, Jim

Jim it is about 10-12 inches long with a slight bend on both ends .Two holes for nuts .On my comet with a fiberglass bumper I left them off and haven't had a problem .Doug

I assume this is correct, my ‘66 Cyclone had it’s front clip replaced with ‘67 Fenders, grill & steel hood sometime before 1975.

Unfortunately the diagram in the Mercury Parts book doesn’t seem to show that part.

Thanks for the pictures. I remember the brackets. I will have to go on a search and destroy mission in the garage to try and find them. Thanks, Jim
