Title: 1964 Galaxie cowl cold air

I've got an itch to replicate a HM cowl cold-air setup.  I posted over on the 'other' forum, but want to cover my bases.  Does anyone have photos or drawings of the airbox that mates to the cowl setup as seen in the following picture?
