Title: Vegas Rat Rods
Post by: KMcCullah on October 17, 2018, 02:09:24 PM
Did anybody catch this? I caught an episode the other day where they built a stroker FE with HR iron heads and stack injection. I thought it was pretty neat that Steve went with an FE. The episode ended when they were trying to start it....... with raw fuel pouring out the headers  ::)

That same episode was on last night.  Was stroked to ? 487 cubes and they did finally get it running.
Sounded pretty wicked.  The guy they built it for I think has a stash of 427 stuff too.

Those parts were supposed to be mine, part of a big package deal I had going in Vegas. But the got sold to be part of that build, which was really cool. Nice ride.

Are those injection intakes just so awesome that they actually reject dust and grime? That was the only clean part in that room of crusty parts.

The magic of TV.;D

No most everything in that room was in a fire at one point, hence all the soot.
