Could use a 3.70 or so 3rd member

Performer RPM intake

Holley 4 barrel ( for a 418 FE ) I have plenty of 600's, want more CFM

Hydraulic cam, something close to a Comp 286 or 270 perhaps

Wide ratio top loader .......
