Title: 428 on 93 premium pump gas

Can i get buy on 93 premium with stock cj pistons and edelbrock heads cam is 565-300 310.

I'm not sure what your compression ratio is but in my 428 its a true 10.5:1, with a Comp 294S cam, and it runs with no problem on the local 92 octane, 10% ethanol premium.  38 degrees total timing, 14 degrees initial.  With your cam I think you should easily be able to run on 93 octane.

My .04 over 428,10.5/1, stock heads runs 93 fine with 40* total.  Cam is flat tappet .59 lift, can't recall duration?
