Am thinking of going to 4.5 bolt circle on my F100
Perhaps larger wheel selection ??
Also, going to 31 spline as all my 3rd members except the one in my truck are 31
Advice on manufacturers ??
Street truck, no dumping clutch or sticky tires

How much Does a Daytona or heavy duty pinion support help over a stock pinion support ??

I have a 72 rear end under my 56 F100. Ihave the 28 spline axles in it and want to go to a 31 spline Detroit Locker. I`ve looked at Moser, Strange and Williams for shafts. All of them will build any bolt pattern you want. Mine needs a little modding around the outer edge of the flange for the disc brake setup I`m using but its no biggie. And I still am using the 5-1/2 bolt pattern. I do put the power to it at times, with the 427/4spd combo.

I recently did this same thing to my '66 F100 482 Project
5 x 4 1/2 for larger brakes/wheels and 31 spline center with Daytona Support
Pics on my thread.
I changed bolt pattern mostly because the wheels I wanted were not avail in 5 x 5 1/2 pattern. Going to a large 14" 6p brake at all 4 corners a 18" wheel was minimum size that would fit. Had wheels custom made.

Also, if you're getting custom axles made most, if not all, of the axle companies will drill multiple bolt patterns on the flanges if you want. Not a bad idea to have options for the future. There's often a small charge for the extra patterns, but sometimes they don't charge, or roll the option into a package. If you have the extra patterns drilled and tapped into the flanges the unused holes can function as the access hole to get to the retaining plate nuts if needed with a ratchet extension through the hole.

The rear won't be an issue. You likely won't be able to get 4 1/2" bolt circle on the front hub. I tried on my '69. Maybe with your smaller 2" brakes(pre 67), the hubs are different? The inner bearing area is too big and no room for studs. I also had to machine the inner portion of my wheel to clear the big radius on the wheel side of the hub. It was meant for larger truck wheel centers.
I made mine 5 x 5 on the front and made my own unilug wheels from the alum slots I had. Been on there 25+ yrs without issue. The rear is 4 1/2" with 35 spline Moser axles, spool and Strange 3.25 case.
Most aftermarket axles are drilled 4 1/2" and 4 3/4", sometimes only the one size is tapped.

I looked at the 80 to 83 F100 rotors, some came with 4.5 bolt circle
Sadly, rotor is smaller diameter, hat where bearings go is shorter
Looks like they will not fit my 74 spindles I put on my 65 F100
Anyhoo, am mulling over puttin an F1 axle under the 65, speedway sells a disk kit 4.5 or 5.5 bolt circle .. an the other ...
Good advice on rear axles gettin 2 different bolt circle drilled

I have a pair of new 31-spline axles that are cut to fit. Bought for a project, then didn't use them. Yukon (YA F9-31-32.87). These may work for you. Can make you a deal on them. PM if interested.

Ricky: I've got about 20+ sets of axles but to meet your needs, measurements of the axle lengths would help. Proper offsets (backspace) of different wheels would allow you to use a narrower axle housing from a car to get the 4.5 bolt pattern.
For instance, right now I'm using some 4.5" backspace Compomotive (wheels like Cobra Halibrands) on a Jag independent rear under a Volvo P1800 to get them to match a Mustang II front end.
Yes I'm crazy but it will have a FE. Stretching and widening the body as well.
