I just picked up a Genesis block from Dave Wood. I went this route instead of trying to drill
my solid lifter block. I’ve googled possible issues with these and will have my machinist do a
thourough check. This will be a drag race only, high compression high rpm engine. I
Noticed the oil feed to the main saddle is smaller than a factory sideoiler. Are these sufficient?
Or do you enlarge them in some cases? Hoping for some feedback from pros that have built these.
Thanks in advance

This subject was just discussed a little bit, a few days ago. Doesn't cover the size of the passage specifically, but talks a little bit about some issues that some have had with that passage, including me. I think the passage will flow enough oil to feed the engine as is, but if you do want to drill it out, make sure that there's enough meat in the passage so that you don't break through on the casting on the crankcase side.
Here's the discussion;
