I bought http://stores.precisionoilpumps.com/fe-ford-390-428-427-rollmaster-torrington-timing-assembly/ for my 482 build.

I think I have two or three new OEM double roller chains.  If you have good gears, the chain would work.  They are .220 diameter rollers.  Modern double row stuff is .250.  I have thought about just machining the bottom gear of a .250 set.  If you put one key in it, Jay's adjustable cam gear would fix it right up.

Ended up going with this, couldn't find any info on the chain, .220 v .250 . If it's a .250 then I could at least swap out the cast top gear with one of my old rollmasters . Being it's pretty much OEM it's most likely the .220 ya think ?

Hard to say.  If it was manufactured recently I'd bet it is .250.  Let me know what it is when you get it.  Would be good info.

Does FT have a bigger hole in lower sprocket for bigger crank diameter?

I have a couple very good stock rollers too, but FE.  Probably 0.220.

the enginetech set looks to be ok at least. made in US/India so it say. The chain does have the smaller .220 rollers though but i think its gonna work just fine for my needs.
