Standard bore 330, 352, 390, 410, a couple sets of early and late 430 MEL pistons. I don't smoke so building an ash tray is out. I do not have a mill, just a stick welder and some soft metal grinding wheels. Any tool idea's I have missed?
Thanks

Not a tool idea, but cut in half and mounted to a plaque, they make cool trophies for car shows.

This is the best one from the lower compression 1960-1962 430. The knurled skirt matches the era.

I forgot I have 15 more cleaned up 60-62 pistons on the shelf. Scrap is high but I would send all 16 to anyone for $20 and shipping.
Here is what 63-65 looks like.

The real question you need to ask yourself Chris, is "why don't I have a small forge and greensand molds?"

I figure if I built 5 MEL's in a row it would be worth it to buy the molds to cast these pistons

I meant more for melting the pistons down and recasting them into something useful.

I understood you the first time. Have you seen the price of these pistons?
