Skinny would loved to have seen that. 

I was queued up to build an engine for Skinny, but he passed before we were able to start it.

What's the story behind the truck and owner?  I'm not really into drag racing but am partial to the "Slicks" (Fourth generation F series pickups).  Looks like there's a guy riding shotgun in the video.

I rebuilt the carbs on that back in 2005 , when I still had my shop on rts 11&15 , I believe it was for the original owner

Anyone know of some original footage? I posted of fordfe.com looking for footage from 63/64.
