Is there any machining pattern or foundry that can be associated with noticeable OEM Ford stroke differences?
Not trying to identify anything, just curious.
Example: 3.78 +/-.006 or 3.98 +/-.003

The differences would have came from worn tooling, not specific to where they were cast or machined. On a mass run like factories make, tooling wears down and has to be replaced. Each machining center will go through a range of tolerances as it wears.

That is a given. I thought any of the former Ford foundry employees would remember if certain plant managers were bad about pushing tooling too far to meet production numbers over quality.
