Title: I have an 8-71 blower for my 390, distributrors???

I am building a 390 with a Dyers 8-71 blower. I have the Blue Thunder intake with the 2.5" spacer. I need to know if the MSD Pro-Billet dist. #8594 will clear the blower? I have a stock points dist. in now and I have 3/4 in. clearance, with out any plug wires on it.  Thanks Wes

I would say no.  Your plug wires will eat up 3/8" of your 3/4" clearance to the blower, and the MSD distributor is quite a bit taller than that; see the photo below:

It was great meeting you at Drag Week, Wes.  Hopefully I'll make a little better showing this year...
