This is the only photo of 2 marine engines available for sale. Is this a 427 fe? If so is this a desirable block?

It's possible at some time that a 390 short block was swapped in. Best bet? Yank intake and one head. Measure one to bore.
A stock bore 427 has a bore size of 4.23".
A 390 has a 4.05" bore.

Are these marine 427 blocks sideoilers? If in good shape what might one of these engines be worth running?
