Buddy of mine has a Crane cam, the only marking we can find on it is 294-C , anyone know what this is ? Why is there no part number that I could look up in their catalog ?

Probably Crane Fireball  294 DEG  500 lift if its an FE
Dont remember 050 duration or anything else
