CAn you tell what these are? I know it's a crappy picture, but its all they have.

Blow up the pic a bunch to 400% or more and I see on the carton CZAE or maybe C2AE 605??.

C7AE-6049-A on the box, second line. You can also see the bosses for 14/16 bolt exhaust pattern.

The C7 precludes them from being CJ parts.
The bosses and the fact that the upper exhaust bolt holes appear to be in a straight line would have me suspecting that they are a service replacement for something like a C6AE-R head.

I see a C6AZ-AA when I expand it with my iPad.
