With 40mph winds 6 inch of snow on the road
and no plowtruck in sight

No sir, not a bit. I remember driving 50 miles to work in that kind of weather. Now if it gets below 65 I get cold.

That's not deep snow, we got the snow...LOL
Love skiing in the stuff but I don't live in it.  Recent trip to Tahoe and Mammoth California

Got lucky, I was there right between storms 2 weeks ago.
Mammoth mountain snow report shows 512" snowfall for the season with a current base depth at the summit of 350" or 29'2" or 8.9m.  I think we can ski until July.

Mike i guess compared to that my blizzard was just some....frost :-[ ;D
