Title: WTB 850 carb. with broken base plate or 750 base plate

What I need is a 850 carb with a broken base plate or worn throttle shafts. I bought a new 850 base plate and I was told that it would work on the 750 body and it would increase my cfm. My 750 plate is cracked so this is what I wanted to do. The holes between the 750 and 850 main body are different so this will not work. I would really like to go to the 850 carb but if nobody has parts I might have to go with another 750 base plate. Maybe trade? Thanks in advance.

I have a 8-10 year old 750 base plate I bought it after breaking a corner off my old one .This is a DP type .I would take $50 plus  shipping I just bought a new pro form base plate for $120 .I also have a list 9381 main body (830 cfm) I would send with the base plate for $25 if you are interested You can call me 678 603 8400Doug

Thanks Doug for getting back to me. I am going to hold on the 750 plate for now because I am waiting on a couple of 850 on ebay to see were that goes. I might still get the plate to make a complete 750 for in the future. Will keep your number.

Alright that's cool with me .I had a 750 dp that I built from used parts too.I bought a new pro form base plate so I could have a vacuum source for my distributor .That's why I have this one .And for what is worth that pro form base plate has worked flawlessly .It is an import though .Thanks Doug
