Certainly a beautiful car, it will be interesting to see if it sells and for how much. For what was probably an expensive restoration there are quite a few things that are not T-Bolt correct on that car just by looking at the pictures. I think the Beaty Ford car was one of those T-Bolts that was pretty severely cut up for racing modifications during it's early life, but you would think if they were going to all the trouble of a restoration they would try to do it right. Hopefully anyone thinking of bidding on the Mecum car would consult an expert. Dennis Kolodziej is one of a handful of people who really knows the Thunderbolts and keeps a pretty extensive collection of documentation on the cars, here's a YouTube video of Dennis K.
