has any of you ever had any bad dreams involving your cars or motors? last night i dreamed i went outside to check on my comet and there were no wheels on it.i ran to the neighbors asking if they saw anyone getting them.i have cameras outside.i told the neighbor i was going to look at the footage from the night before to see what happened to them.then i woke up.i have dreamed i raised my hood and someone replaced my 428 with a junky engine,it seemed so real i i woke up terrified.i once dreamed my comet was headed for a big ditch and i could not get the steering wheel to turn the other way.i forget alot of my dreams but i dont forget a bad dream about my car!

About my car? no.
About the boat? yeah. I think the responsibility of it all gets me tense or something. Of course a dozen dudes dying in the past few years that I knew probably has something to do with it too.

if i think about something enough or something that worries me or something i see or hear triggers dreams.i had read about some wheels on the comet forum yesterday i believe it triggered that dream about my wheels being stole

I'm sure memories do trigger. I've had more than a few dreams where variations of iron I used to own show up and they're still mine, but they are always part of a stable. Guess I'm secretly a hoarder ??? As with any dream, sometimes its a relief to wake up. Some of my junk was more of a nightmare......

when I was in my teens/twenties (a LOOONG time ago) I had this recurring dream about this warehouse full of dusty max wedge cars and parts. Heads and cross-rams stacked like cordwood, 15 or 20 cars, there was always this black on red aluminum nose '63 Plymouth wagon like the old Tritak & Morgan "War Wagon", that was THE ONE. The other cars would change dream to dream, but that big black wagon was there every single time. None of them were stock, they were all race cars, mostly ex-SS cars, mechanical tachs on the dashes, Cragars, Keystones, Fenton Gyros... I was having these dreams in the mid-late seventies...
