Title: Dove remote oil adapter
Post by: Richard Paul Metzger on April 02, 2016, 09:24:23 PM
Hello fellow F.E. Guys; I'm a little older now, and would like to refresh my mind about orientation of the feed and return lines on this adapter, Please. A Picture would sure be greatly appreciated! One line will be going directly to the in port of my dual filter assembly; the other will be routed from the out port returning to the side of the block. Thank you all in advance. F.E. guys are GREAT! Sincerely, Richard Paul Metzger

Thanks for the oil filter picture! Unfortunately, I'm using a remote block bolt on adapter, I attach one line from a fitting on the block adapter, that goes to the in port of the remotely located dual oil filter mount. The out port on the remote filter adapter goes on the port returning to the adapter bolted to the block. Thank you for your attempt. I need other information; picture preferred. Thank you! Sincerely,Richard

The lower hole, closest to the pan rail is from the pump, (outlet) and goes into the filter (inlet).
The outlet from the filter goes to the top hole on the block (inlet).
