Jay mentioned a great automotive book that he kind of choked on the price of, but said it was worth the money.. On another Forum someone posted: "Smokey Yunick was a redneck retard"
Having an autographed copy of Smokey's POWER SECRETS book I can only laugh at the poster of that statement. The book deals in advanced engine building and is essentially "timeless" because Smokey was correct and forward thinking. SMOKEY's book "POWER SECRETS" . Great book to read if you ever get a chance to grab a copy. They usually go for about $30-40.

ditto my copy is well worn and dog-eared, same as me. Had my copy since the early eighties.

BB, stop taking people on the bullet seriously.... 95% of the people there are so stupid, it really isn't worth the trouble to talk to them.

I just wanted to run up the flag on a really great book to watch for a deal on. Smokey autographed mine for me at the Circle Track Trade Show. Smokey had that down pat signing right across his white coveralls inside the cover.
