Title: Mystery Lifter

Does anyone know what brand of solid lifter this might be? I'm just curious. Working on an old 390 I have, it's not original. Cam is a old Berry Cams solid flat tappet of unknown specs yet. Lower half of lifter is hollow. Not sure what I think of the design.
