Hello everyone, I was going to install my Hooker Supercomp Headers on my '69 s code Mach 1 but due to ground clearance problems I am forced to stick with the " pretty good" GT manifolds. My question is : does anyone know where to get a reducer pipe from 2 1/2" to 2" or is there a supplier that makes a flanged exhaust pipe that will bolt directly to the manifold then to a 2 1/2" pipe?. I know this probably is a strange request but I am hoping it will not be too hard to find. Any help is appreciated, Thanks, Bill

You can get 2" to 2-1/2" adapters from Summit Racing:

Your "pretty good" 390 GT exhaust manifolds actually are pretty bad, not a lot better than a log manifold. Try a set of FPA headers; they give a ton more ground clearance than the Hookers, and you won't be stuck with those anemic 390 GT exhaust manifolds.
