What is the mainbearing bore max and min Dia.?
In the block not inside the bearings

I don't know what the actual FoMoCo tolerance was for the main bores (maybe Howie will take a look at one of his original block blueprints for us) but I've seen 2.941 which is on the tight side I think.   2.9415 seems like a more "happier" number.

Drawing I have 2.9425" - 2.9417"
1967 Manual 2.9420" - 2.9412"
