Title: Just ticked at FORD Performance Parts

The 2016 FORD Performance Parts catalog has four pages of crate 427's and 460's none of which has anything to do with either an FE or 385 series. Realize there are also pages of parts listed for 427/460 Windsors, but Ford offering up 427/460 crate motors annoys me.   FWIW I could not find any 385 series blocks listed unlike just a few years ago.
   My pet peeve is walking up to Ford with 427 emblems expecting to see an FE and seeing a small block. Obviously the choice of 427W's and 460w" rests on other engine families laurels.

BB the 460 blocks are still available including an A460-BB in your honor! No crate motors anymore for the 460. I hope to assemble a 460-BB with AFR heads for a project.
