Title: WTB: 390 bare or short block
Post by: ChiefDanGeorge on November 03, 2015, 05:58:56 AM: I'm not having much success finding anything local(Columbia, SC). Looking at places like Survival seem like a good deal, but I remember I've got no loading dock to take delivery. I'm looking to see if anyone nearby in SC, NC, or GA have a 390 for sale.

Post by: Drew Pojedinec on November 03, 2015, 05:23:02 PM: I am not 100% if it is the same guy, but there is a guy that sells some REALLY cool old FE stuff in China grove. I've spoken with him on Facebook a few times. It would certainly be worth the trip to go check his stash out.

Also picked up an early 60s aluminum 4V intake as well.

Loads of FE stuff. He has a set of shorty cast iron headers I wanted but I am not sure in my Mercury they would fit.
