This long running Tunnel Port saga has finally come to an end.
Brent dyno'd it this past Friday and he posted the results in the dyno section for those that
want to read the details.
This has gone through 3 different iterations and this is where we ended up. After each dyno session we would talk
and it would always go like, I wonder what would happen if we did _____?
I have to say I kind of hate to see it come to an end. It's been pretty exciting to do something like this.
It's been a nice distraction from the daily grind.
After seeing what an engine builder has to go through to get an engine from concept to completion I have a whole
new appreciation for what you guys do. This Tunnel Port set up is not your average FE to build. At least not at this level. It has been challenging but has paid off.
My hats off to Brent for all he has done to make this happen. He's not only an excellent engine builder but he's a great guy too.
I'm sure he's going to be glad to see this thing leave his shop soon. ;D

Sounds like a very healthy combo! Nice work. Do you have a pic of it?
Have you decided which trans is going to take the punishment yet?

This has been a very interesting thread to say the least. Glad it was on your dime, not mine! That many reiterations can't be cheap, but it must be satisfying to see the improvement each time. Brent built a very impressive engine, and the tunnel port is one of the coolest you can build. Can't wait to see it in action.

Jared there is a pic under dyno sessions.
To answer the other question I am probably going to go with the TKO 600.
I really hate to ruin a like new BI/BO top loader.
