Title: Disk Brake Conversions
Post by: MRadke on July 07, 2015, 10:05:53 AM
Is there a disk brake conversion for a 66 Galaxie that won't widen the track?  I just looked at Wilwood's site and theirs adds width to the front end.

Have you tried their kits?  Did you notice any difference in width?

Give Dan at chockostang a call he deals in only vintage ford disc/drum brakes and steering systems.        Ph 217 882 2083

I would also try Master Power Brakes; they offer the whole package including rotors, calipers, and dual masters and boosters.  I'm running an MPB dual master and booster on my Fairlane with a Scarebird front disk conversion.
