Is there anything I should be concerned about? Oiling mods?

Some guys like to block off the oiling to the hydraulic lifter oil passages, but that's really not necessary.  Just swap in the parts and go.

Does the engine have adjustable rockers? One can get the non-adjustable rocker to work just as well but it's often easier with the adjustable rocker arms.

As one who's seen the carnage caused by a solid lifter getting 'tossed' and creating a massive leak in the lifter silo from the hydraulic oiling gallery, I'm firmly on the side of shutting off the oil when going to solids.
