in the near future. Funny, had never heard of Truecar until this article hit. The son of a friend has worked for a large Chicagoland multi-make dealership as their internet marketing expert for some years now. He told me that each year more and more leads and initial contact comes solely from the 'Net; about 30-35% of all contact is now via e-mail, website replies, etc. and more like 70% for the under 30 crowd.
