I wouldn't sell mine. 6.3" Maxi-lites made out of 300M. There 520 grams 800hp 8500rpm capable all day with 3/8" SPS CARR bolts.
We were lucky enough to buy a couple sets years back when NASCAR set their 525 gram weight minimum.
Crower makes some finest rods available. They have a HUGE range of applications, weights, materials, beam designs etc.. If someone had a problem with a Crower Rod, they bought the wrong rod for there application or ran out of talent during assembly.

Is that supposed to be a trick question?.............."There 520 grams 800hp 8500rpm capable all day with 3/8" SPS CARR bolts." What? = What? "NASCAR set their 525 gram weight minimum."
..................... Did someone cut the weight of the rods during balancing to below min spec? .....
I presumed "CARR" Bolts were short for CARRILLO never thought about anyone running them other brands. The LOL is some aftermarket rods are cheaper for the set then just the CARR upgrade option for a set from Carrillo.

The CARR bolts are made by SPS. They are pretty awesome pieces if you're doing a max effort build.
Methinks those rods became available from a NASCAR Winston Cup shop because they were too light to meet the new 525 gram standard...
