This will take you back!! "Service stations",where the guys actually would come out to take care of you (and tell you that you're "a little low on oil, should I add a quart..").  ;D

Im old enough to have been that guy.

We even sold "1/2 quarts".

I worked at a Mobil station when I was in high school. We had 'Regular' for thirteen cents a gallon for several weeks one summer. :)
