how does 380 open and 150 on the seat sound , comp recommends a 930 spring and that rate , first hydr roller ever so open to input on more or less pressure . I am running morrel lifter s and T @ D rocker s and the cam specs are - 232-240 @ .50 .559/.563 lift on a 112 lobe / 106 cl .. Bud

What size valves? material? hollow stem/titanium? Most FE HR lifters are heavy, and Ferrea valves are very heavy if you use a 2.150-2.190 valve, so more seat pressure would be wise. I think I would shoot for 160-180# on seat to be safe. Joe-JDC.

Rev valves , 2.15 in and 1.68 ex and tool steel retainers , thanks Joe for the input .. Bud

I'm usually in that ballpark. Fairly small cam though, so you could lean on the low side and be ok.
Before you jump on a 930 spring, be sure and measure your current install height with the retainer you're going to use, then pick the spring based on that info.

So Brent are say ng that for both seat and open ? , like 140 seat and 360-380 ? ..thanks Bud

If I were doing it, I'd be around 150-160 seat and around 380 open.
