Post by: DEANs427 on April 08, 2014, 06:45:23 PM
I had my 66 Fairlane in the Gopher State Timing Association (GSTA) show last weekend. I took this interesting pic under the hood of a 40 Ford

Someone with no friends I would guess, and very confused. I doubt even the scrub lovers want to have anything to do with him, lol.

It's one of those mullet-wearing, Camaro drivin', skinny dudes who love their SBC's. A pox on their house, I say!  ;D

no.....  if it was that machoneman, it would flaunt it's cheviness, not hide it in shame.

Nice cover up, kinda tough to hide the mouse in the room though.  Reminds me of a movie line, from Christine (I think ::) Darnell says: "you can't polish a turd".  There was another line somewhere about putting lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig, but I don't know the source.  Oh well, the rest of the '40 probably looked nice.

He must have some splaining to do when ever the hood is up.

And a 40, what a shame...

I would have left the car fully stock, a 40 Ford is worth more than 20 hot rods without touching it. The flathead v8 would make that car a big ticket item.
