Title: List Your FE Powered Car at FORDFE.COM
Post by: Wreckless Warren on January 27, 2014, 12:38:44 PM
I hope you don't take exception Jay, if this is inappropriate then lock or delete this thread.

I have a post going on over at the FE Forum about FE Powered Vehicles, it's called:

"List Your FE Powered Vehicles"

If your still a member over there and you would like, login and list your stuff.

This is limited to vehicles you currently own and are running or serious projects that will see completion.

Please list the Year, Make, Model, Engine, Transmission and your age.

I am compiling the information into an Excel Spreadsheet and will post the results with some interesting data.

I have 420 entries so far and I know there are some real fine FE's not on there. Please contribute and help me get a real good read on the Ford FE's in use out there.

Thanks. ww

Warren, I lost my password at FE.com so I never post anymore so if you like you can add my fleet to your list.  61 Starliner 427/C6, 67 Fairlane GTA 427/C6, 66 Fairlane GTA 390/C6, 66 Galaxie 428/C6, 69 F-250 2WD 390/C6, 67 Lavey-Craft flatbottom 390/Casale V-drive. Plus assorted 385 powered cars/boats not relevant here. All vehicles are in running condition, registered and insured. 63 years old and have been building FEs since I was 15 y/o.

I have no objection to your post Warren, but if its OK I'd just as soon post my cars here.  Maybe some of the other members here would have an interest in posting information on their cars also.

My cars:

- 1968 Shelby GT-500 convertible, currently torn completely down for sheet metal work in floor and rear quarter area, 428/4 speed
- 1968 Mustang fastback, originally a 302/4-sp car, getting a 428CJ, Tremec 6 speed, and 9" this spring
- 1969 R-code Mach 1, 530" high riser, C4
- 1969 Shelby clone, 577" SOHC (currently out of car for a dry sump install and dyno work), Powerglide
- 1964 Galaxie, originally a 352 C/M car, currently has 520" SOHC and C-4
- 1960 Thunderbird, 352 C/M, mostly original, family heirloom

I quit posting over there after Roger Gordon kept making a scene.  I own a 1970 Shelby GT-500 that I bought new, C-6, and I am coming up on 68 years young.  Joe-JDC

I miss all you guys over there.  I check in here every day (this is THE sight for FE tech) but have not had much to contribute lately. I kinda got into a slump with the P-Code, I've got most of the parts, just need to get busy. Anyway I appreciate all your contributions with this poll, I think the results will be interesting. ww

Dang, Jay....at six, you beat me by one. Of course a couple of yours are a tad bit cooler than my '70 dumptruck :)

Well it will be hauling my Mach to the FE Race & Reunion this year on a car trailer, and I think it will look kinda cool doing that. I can't see you doing that with any of your FEs ;)
